This page walks through minimal markings!

Minimal markings are little markings that you can add for free to a phony to spice up their import. They aren't hereditary so you can add any regardless of your phony's heritage and genetics. You can use as many as you'd like, too! Minimal markings can be any of the phony's colors included in their genotype, or black or white. They may be soft edged or hard edged.

Minimal markings shouldn't take up over 15% of the body! The word minimal is in the name for a reason! They also shouldn't mimic existing markings.
